Cambodia e-Arrival Card: Pakistan Guide
Official guide for Pakistani travelers completing the Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA). Learn the 7-day filing window, official CeA portal and app steps, health and customs declaration, and airport clearance at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

- Nationwide Digital Mandate: The Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) is mandatory across all international airports, replacing the previous paper immigration, customs, and health forms.
- 7-Day Submission Window: You can submit your e-Arrival declaration up to 7 days prior to your arrival in Cambodia.
- 100% Free Official Service: Generating the CeA QR code is completely free on arrival.gov.kh or the official Cambodia e-Arrival app.
- Dual Requirement: Pakistani citizens still require a valid Cambodian visa (e-Visa or consular visa) prior to arrival.
- Airports Enforcing CeA: Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH), Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI), and Sihanoukville International Airport (KOS).
1. What is the Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA)?
The Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) is a modern digital border management system launched by the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia.
It unifies three previously separate paper forms into a single electronic QR code: 1. Immigration Disembarkation Card 2. Health Declaration Form 3. Customs Declaration Form
Consultancy Notice: AMG Visa is an independent visa consultancy in Islamabad. We are not an agency of the Royal Government of Cambodia. The official e-Arrival registration is free and hosted on the official government portal (`arrival.gov.kh`).
2. Who Must Complete the Cambodia e-Arrival Card?
All international passengers, including Pakistani passport holders, must submit the e-Arrival Card prior to landing in Cambodia: - Tourists holding an approved Cambodia eVisa (Type T). - Business travelers holding a Cambodia Ordinary / Business eVisa (Type E). - Diplomatic and official passport holders.
Note: The e-Arrival Card is not a visa. Pakistani travelers must secure an approved Cambodian visa before travel.
3. The 7-Day Window and Registration Options
Unlike other Southeast Asian arrival cards that limit submissions to 72 hours, Cambodia offers a generous 7-day window: - You can submit your declaration starting 7 days before your arrival date. - You can register via the official web portal (`arrival.gov.kh`) or by downloading the official Cambodia e-Arrival (CeA) mobile app (available on iOS and Android).
