- Travel Plans: Flight itineraries, destination preferences, hotel reservation proofs, and travel medical insurance details.

Your data is exclusively processed for explicit, legitimate consular purposes:
- Dossier compilation, DS-160 / UKVI / IRCC / Schengen visa portal filing on your behalf.
- Scheduling biometric appointments with authorized centers (VFS Global, Gerry's, Gerry's dnata, TLScontact, BLS).
- Issuing verifiable airline reservations and embassy-accepted hotel vouchers.

8Data Retention & Certified Purging Protocols
Client documentation is retained only for the duration strictly necessary to complete visa filing, track consular processing, and support potential administrative reviews. Upon visa stamping or after a maximum period of ninety (90) calendar days from case conclusion, all sensitive financial statements and civil certificates undergo certified cryptographic wiping from cloud drives, and physical paper duplicates are destroyed via cross-cut industrial shredding.
