Consultancy Scope & Legal Framework
By engaging with AMG Visa (in-person at our Blue Area, Islamabad office, via our online portal, or through telephone/WhatsApp consultation), you agree to the following terms, conditions, and service parameters. Please read them thoroughly before commissioning services.
1Consultancy Representation Scope
AMG Visa is a private visa advisory, document compilation, and travel agency service provider based in Islamabad, Pakistan. AMG Visa is not an embassy, high commission, or official visa granting authority, nor is it officially affiliated with any foreign government. The granting or refusal of any visa is at the sole and unfettered discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. AMG Visa does not guarantee visa approval, expedited consular slots, or outcomes under any circumstances. Official consular fees and biometric handling charges are determined independently by respective missions and are subject to change.
2Client Truthfulness & Documentation Integrity
The client guarantees that all submitted documents, statements, employment certificates, and financial records are 100% genuine and unaltered. AMG Visa maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent documentation. Any client submitting fabricated records will face immediate file termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3Service Fees & Official Embassy Payments
Consultancy fees charged by AMG Visa represent professional advisory, dossier preparation, and concierge management. Official government visa fees (e.g. MRV fees, UKVI fees, VFS biometric charges) are separate and paid directly to official government portals or authorized drop-boxes.
4Refund & Cancellation Policy
Professional consultancy retainers are refundable (less administrative drafting fees) only if a cancellation request is submitted in writing prior to file submission or portal lodgement. Once an application has been submitted to an embassy, biometric center, or electronic visa portal, fees are non-refundable as the service has been rendered in full.
5Consular Processing Timelines & Delays
Processing times published on our website (e.g. 15 working days, 48 hours for e-Visas) are standard estimates published by respective foreign embassies. AMG Visa is not liable for consular delays caused by embassy administrative processing, security clearances, strike action, or foreign policy revisions.
6Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
7Third-Party Ancillary Logistics (Airlines, Hotels & Insurers)
Flight reservations with live PNRs, hotel bookings, and travel insurance policies generated for visa application purposes are issued through accredited global distribution systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and licensed underwriter syndicates. AMG Visa is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or refusal of boarding resulting from passenger non-compliance with airline conditions of carriage.
8Biometric Appointment Attendance & Rescheduling
Clients are solely responsible for timely physical attendance at scheduled biometric collection centers (VFS Global, Gerry's, TLScontact, or diplomatic embassies). Failure to attend an appointed time without minimum 48 hours prior notice may result in forfeiture of consular booking fees according to the policies of the respective outsourcing provider.

AMG Visa provides professional advisory, document compilation, file audit, and administrative submission assistance. The ultimate authority to grant or refuse a visa rests entirely with the sovereign embassy or consular visa officer.
Consultancy fees cover active legal evaluation and file preparation work. In the rare event of a visa refusal where re-filing is viable, AMG Visa provides free re-application representation without charging any additional consultancy fees.
Applicants are strictly responsible for providing authentic, untampered documents, genuine financial statements, and accurate personal disclosures. Providing fraudulent records results in immediate termination of representation without refund.
Official government visa fees and biometric charges (VFS, TLScontact, Gerry's) are paid directly to the respective government portal or outsourced center, or deposited on your behalf with full official receipts provided.
All service agreements are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to amicable mediation or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad Capital Territory.
