Consultancy Scope & Legal Framework
By engaging with AMG Visa (in-person at our Blue Area, Islamabad office, via our online portal, or through telephone/WhatsApp consultation), you agree to the following terms, conditions, and service parameters. Please read them thoroughly before commissioning services.
1Consultancy Representation Scope
AMG Visa is a private, licensed travel & visa consultancy. We provide expert document assessment, financial file audit, form filing (DS-160, UKVI, IRCC, e-Visas), biometric appointment scheduling, flight itineraries, verified hotel reservations, and interview coaching. Visa issuance remains the sovereign prerogative of the respective foreign embassy or immigration department. No consultant can ethically guarantee a 100% issuance, as consular decisions rest solely with visa officers.
2Client Truthfulness & Documentation Integrity
The client guarantees that all submitted documents, statements, employment certificates, and financial records are 100% genuine and unaltered. AMG Visa maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent documentation. Any client submitting fabricated records will face immediate file termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3Service Fees & Official Embassy Payments
Consultancy fees charged by AMG Visa represent professional advisory, dossier preparation, and concierge management. Official government visa fees (e.g. MRV fees, UKVI fees, VFS biometric charges) are separate and paid directly to official government portals or authorized drop-boxes.
4Refund & Cancellation Policy
Professional consultancy retainers are refundable (less administrative drafting fees) only if a cancellation request is submitted in writing prior to file submission or portal lodgement. Once an application has been submitted to an embassy, biometric center, or electronic visa portal, fees are non-refundable as the service has been rendered in full.
5Consular Processing Timelines & Delays
Processing times published on our website (e.g. 15 working days, 48 hours for e-Visas) are standard estimates published by respective foreign embassies. AMG Visa is not liable for consular delays caused by embassy administrative processing, security clearances, strike action, or foreign policy revisions.
6Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
